Shipping & Delivery

Where We Ship From

All orders are produced and shipped from Germany with trusted logistics partners.

Packaging & Split Deliveries

  • Depending on what you order, your products may arrive in separate packages.
  • Photo prints and fine art prints up to 60 × 40 cm ship flat; larger prints ship safely rolled in a tube.
  • Calendars and Coffee Table Books are shipped separately from wall art, which may delay delivery by up to 2 working days.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Courier Delivery via DHL, UPS, DPD, or FedEx (depending on the destination).
  • Comfort Delivery is available for large formats (edge ≥125 cm). A two-person team will bring the artwork directly into the room of your choice, by appointment.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, size, and destination country.
  • All orders ship directly from Germany; international deliveries outside the EU may incur customs duties or local taxes.

Delivery Times

  • Most orders are produced and dispatched within a few business days.
  • Transit time depends on the destination and delivery method.
  • Large format products with Comfort Delivery may require additional scheduling time.

Tracking & Support

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email (when available).
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please accept the delivery if possible, take clear photos of the damage (including packaging), and contact our customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancelling an Order

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, directly from your customer account, as long as it has not entered production.
  • After production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • Calendars and Coffee Table Books cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Return Policy

  • Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under EU law.
  • Non-personalized items (such as gift vouchers or sample kits) may be returned within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with photos and details.
  • We will remake or replace the item, or offer another suitable solution.
  • If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, the return must first reach us before a replacement can be arranged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love our artwork. If you are not satisfied with the final product, reach out to us — we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that means a remake, refund, or another option.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please keep original packaging whenever possible. This ensures safe returns or exchanges for fragile items.
  • Customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply to deliveries outside the EU. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
